How far in advance do I need to book?
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for small to medium sized events, though we do recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead where possible to secure your preferred date. For large corporate functions, markets and festivals, 4–6 weeks is ideal as popular dates book up quickly.
How many guests can you serve?
We can cater for events of virtually any size, from intimate gatherings of 40 to large festivals and exhibitions with thousands of guests. Our pricing is based on the number of servings required, area of service and time allocation, so get in touch and we'll tailor a package to suit your needs.
How is pricing determined?
Our pricing depends on the number of servings, the duration of service, your location and any custom menu requirements. Fill in the quote form above and we'll come back to you with a personalised quote.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Dairy-free and sugar-free options are available. We can also accommodate for nut allergies.
Please mention any specific requirements when submitting your enquiry and we'll ensure your guests can enjoy in confidence.
What do you need on the day?
Just a standard power outlet (220V) and a cleared space for our station, approximately 2m x 1.5m for smaller events and 3m x 3m for larger events. We handle everything else including setup, service and cleanup.
Can you customise the menu and theme?
Absolutely. We regularly create custom menus featuring specific flavours, branded themes, imported ingredients and locally loved treats. Let us know what you have in mind when you enquire.
Do you travel outside Johannesburg?
Yes, we regularly serve events across Gauteng including Pretoria, Centurion, Midrand, Sandton, East Rand and West Rand.
We also travel within 800KM of Johannesburg. Travel fees and expenses may apply depending on the location.
Can I see you in action before booking?
