How much does ice cream catering for a private event cost?
Pricing depends on the number of guests, event location and serving requirements. Swirl prepares a personalised quote for each event so that you only pay for the setup and service you need. Request a quote with your event date, location and estimated number of guests and we'll send you pricing for your celebration.
How many guests do I need to book Swirl?
Our minimum booking is 40 guests. We can cater for smaller private celebrations from 40 guests through to much larger events, using additional ice cream stations and staff where required.
What types of private events do you cater for?
We cater for a wide range of private celebrations, including birthday parties, milestone birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, family celebrations and other special occasions. Our live rolled ice cream experience works particularly well when you want dessert to be part of the entertainment rather than simply something that's served to guests.
